Leisure World offers amenities to all residents in good standing in their mutual. These amenities are on or originated on Trust property. These amenities and services are managed by the Leisure World Management Corporation.
Clubhouse I: Lifestyle Department - The Lifestyle Department is responsible for the planning and execution of a comprehensive program for residents at Leisure World. This department manages both clubhouses and the outdoor activities, with the exception of food services and golf. Activities are coordinated and the Lifestyle staff work with more than 100 clubs and organizations that use the facilities. Clubhouse I houses the woodworking shop, the art studio and several meeting rooms as well as the Grand Ballroom. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend though Labor Day, then on a week to week basis through Sept. Outdoor pool, lawn bowling green, bocce ball court and shuffleboard courts are located outside of Clubhouse I. 301-598-1300.
Clubhouse II: Features the indoor swimming complex, fitness facility, auditorium, and computer learning center. The Indoor Pool complex includes a lap pool, social pool, and a whirlpool. Also a Club II is the F.I.S.H. desk which provides free loans of medical equipment to residents of Leisure World with a temporary need. F.I.S.H. also operates the community Lost and Found. 301-598-1320.
Leisure World Golf Facility: Features an 18-hole golf course * driving range * putting green * pitching area * golf pro shop * golf cart rentals * lockers and golf club storage * golf instruction .

Restaurants at Leisure World: Perrie, LLC. (food services contractor to Leisure World) operates the Stein Room and Terrace Rooms, Clubhouse Grille, and Banquet and Catering services in Clubhouse I. 301-598-1331.
